I'm about ready to ditch Vendio and look for a new program - grrrr! So far this morning I've listed 6 items. I routinely hit the save button after each listing, (old habit from old SM pro). I've saved the batch I've done this morning as 3 different names,so theoretically I have 3 batches saved with 3 different names, ready to upload. (This is necessary because I've been unable to edit, forcing me to close and re-open - someone suggested saving as different names). I opened the 3rd one and guess what - only 4 items there. Same story with the second and 1st ones. Where did the other two listings go?
Frustrated...yes I am!

It's hard to exactly what is going on with the problem you're experiencing. I'd suggest not saving to 3 different file names. I think that will only add to the confusion. You should save after you've completed a couple of items. And you should should save just before you upload a batch. If you're going to make multiple copies of a batch, it would be best to do it in one shot. Do it after you've completed a batch. You can make a duplicate that way and be sure that it's saved the entire batch not bits and pieces.
What version of SMPro are you on? There's a new 6.02 version out that does address some of the strange save behavior. Upgrading to this version may help your situation.
