I use Sales Manager Pro, I synchronized and I have no categories under the Pottery and Glass Heading. Anyone have this problem any suggestions? Thanks
eBay made a big category change last week -- part of this change was converting the subcategories that were under Pottery and Glass, to item specifics. You will need to choose the general category for Pottery and Glass. After you do this, the Item Specifics box to the right of the category browse box will highlight black. Click on that to choose your item specifics. Your subcategories should all be item specifics now.
