Please help I can not synchronize Sales Manger Pro. I get a warning, synchronization failed. bad response from server.
Start banner synchronization.
Banner synchronized.
Start announcements synchronization.
Announcements synchronized.
Comparing local and online counters.
Local and online counters are indentical.
Comparing local and online templates.
Number of successful listing uploads:0
This is as far as I get.
It does work about one in thirty times.

Hello George,
The symptoms you describe seem to indicate an Internet connectivity problem. Have you changed anything in your setup lately? Are you using a proxy or a firewall? Do you encounter any problems when using your Internet browser?
You might want to check also the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.

I ran the windows update and it is working better but not good. It still takes several tries 5 to 10 before it will synchronize.
