Never got the SMPro program to work. There was an error message: Run-time error "5"; Invalid procedure call or argument.
To resolve this error, please open the "data" folder of your SM Pro installation and delete all files, except for:
- folders.dat
- inv.dat
Once you have deleted these files, start SM Pro and go through the Startup Wizard, then synch. If you are still having trouble after doing this, please let us know.

It doesn't work. After I did that, I restarted SMPro and everything looks to be OK and then I synchronized everything and was prompted to restart the app. Then I was prompted the info.map file is corrupted and then I got the same error message again.
To help resolve the problem you have described, first uninstall the current version of SM Pro that is on your system and then reinstall it again.
You may use the Add/Remove Programs Wizard in Windows to uninstall the application. You do not need to worry about saving your batches and images as these will be retained, however, you may want to copy the batch and images folders to a separate location on your hard drive if it will make you more comfortable with this process.
Once you have uninstalled SM Pro, you will need to reinstall it. You may use the install kit that you used before if it is still on your system, otherwise, you will need to download the install kit again (please be sure to select "save to disk" when downloading.) Before you begin the install process, please be sure to close any open applications you might have installed on your system.
Once you have reinstalled the SM Pro application, you should be able to run it without error. If you are still experiencing problems after uninstalling/reinstalling the application, please let us know.
