Hello,
We are having problems with absent shipping fees on the invoices, after the auctions, so the customer does not pay for shipping. Also some international buyers are getting through the system and pay the wrong shipping amount. Is anyone else having these problems? Thank you for any help.
I checked some of your closed listings -- the ones I checked had shipping applied to them. Do you have any item numbers you can reference that have no shipping, or where the international customers are paying the wrong amount? We can look into the problem further with examples.
