Hi, I have downloaded two SMPro on my desktop as I have two Vendio ID. It worked for the past few months but when I tried to open it for my listing, it said: Run-time error "5":,Invalid procedure call or argument. I delete the shortcut on my desktop and try to re-install SMPro but then same thing happened.
Please help to fix it as we can not do lisiting via SMPro and it is very bad to our daily work. Help!!

Please make sure that you are using the same SM Pro versions for your 2 installations.
If you get run-time error 5 again, please go to the "data" folder of the offending SM Pro installation and remove the following files:
- partner.dat
- prefs.dat
- custemps.dat
- info.map
- Partners.map
- Preferences.map
- Customtemplates.map
Then, restart SM Pro.
