hello,
I followed the instructions that you posted and advised to other user. I uninstalled and installed SMP in my computer. After done I start sygnificent and try to download my existing image on line, it goes but I found by clicking box of "Detail", it shows "Deleting.." some files with number, and later comes "Downloading..." and "error on saving..(the image that downloading)". After finishing, it said I need to restart SMP so I close it and try to open it again. But there comes the page: "There was an error opening file: C\programe file\vendio\data\info. Do you want to continue? (The file will be deleted and a new one will be created instead)." I click "Yes". But then comes the same page for the problem:"Run-time error"5", invalid procedure call or argument".
I have repeated uninstalling and installing, saved to my different harddrives like C, D, or E. and even tried to save with different file names. But at the end same problem happens.
I sent you several emails for help solving this problem but still no reply.
Please help to solve this problem ASAP.
