I purchased a new computer and downloaded Sales Manager Pro but can't synchronize. I never had a problem with my old computer. Any help would be appreciated. Below is the detail message I receive.
Start banner synchronization.

Start announcements synchronization.
Announcements synchronized.
Comparing local and online counters.
Local and online counters are identical.
Comparing local and online templates.
Templates compared, update will follow.
Comparing local and online logos.
Number of successful listing uploads: 0.
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
Look to your clock in the lower right hand side of your windows screen. Right-Click on any and all icons you see down here and use the exit, close, disable/etc option to quit out of these.
Leave anything that keeps you connected to the internet, otherwise close the rest.
When finished, try to synch with pro again.
If you can synch now, go ahead and launch the program/s you want to have running while in Pro one at a time and try to synch after each one loads, so you can see which was blocking pro from connecting.
