Hi, I haven't used manager for a couple months and now when I do auctions and go to the preview window it is entirely blank...yet when I look at the listed items after loading they are ok, I have restarted and all that, please advise and thanx...

Hello,

The Sales Manager Pro program takes up a lot of memory, so sometimes if you use the Preview tab it can take a little while for the actual preview to show up. Make sure when you are running Pro, that you have nothing else open in the background.

If you continue to have trouble please let us know how much RAM you have on your computer.

Hello,

Does this happen whatever template you've chosen for your listings?

If you open the Template Chooser, are the previews shown there?

Well I went ahead and re installed with the same results, nothing showing in the preview window on any of the templates...

Hello,

Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.

If this still does not fix the problem, please check the end of the AMPro.log file (located in the same folder as the SM Pro executable, usually C:\Program Files\Vendio) for any indication on the cause of the preview issue.

I went to Windows and updated and I am not sure on th other fix you mentioned so thanx for your time, still no changes...

Hello,

If you go to the directory where your Pro is installed (the default is C Drive > Program Files > Vendio), you should see a text file in there called AMPro. This is the AMPro.log file -- please send it to me at [email protected] so that we can take a look.

Hello,

Thanks for the files. Unfortunately, they do not indicate why the Preview is not working properly.

Please do the following test: click the SM Pro menu entry Help > Announcements and let us know if the contents of the latest Vendio announcements is shown.
