If I leave my shipping fee to be calulated at check out then my customer has no idea what they are until check out? Or is this a feature that is automatically adjusted at EBay to quote shipping?
I also notice that there is no place to add additional handling fees. Am I missing something?
You can add additional handling fees in My Account > Global Preferences.
The shipping amount will be factored when the customer checks out. If you have HTML for a shipping calculator (you can find these through Google) you can insert that into your listings so customers can find out what it will cost for them -- or you can have them email you, and you can tell them what the cost will be.

Ok, here's my problem with SMP and shipping
I just set to load a bunch of auctions. I set for calulcated shipping, however the customer has no way of knowing what the shipping cost are until he/she checks out. This means we'll get bombarded with questions about shipping cost.
When you check that Global preference it should load a ship calculator or at least tie into EBay's somehow.
I should have just loaded a few. Now I'll pay for all this email.

Unfortunately we don't support the eBay Shipping Calculator yet, which is why I suggested looking for one through Google that you can insert in your listings somewhere. I apologize for any confusion I may have caused you.
