Hi! I am new to Vendio, even though I used AuctionWatch a long time back.

When I joined this time, I noticed the archive section for auctions. Becuase I sometimes sell the same item more than once, I thought this would be great - I was under the impression that I could save my auctions and use them to relist.

However, when I went to archived auctions today, I could not find them. A pop-up then came up saying the files could not be downloaded unless I picked a program to put them in.

Is there an easier way to use the archival system? Or should I just keep the auctions in the ended file and relist from there? I just wanted an easier way to reuse my auctions. Thanks for your response!
