I have not had any auctions for several months, so when I go to my Sales Manager program on my computer, it tells me to update to 6.0. I am currently running 5.1.1.
It gets less than half way through the update process and just bails out. The Update window closes and is gone.
Help! I need what is going on. I am ready to list list list!
There have been many versions of Pro since the one you currently have, so you'll need to download 6.0 in full from the site. Please go to Sales Manager and click on Sales Manager Pro, and do the download from there. Let me know if you have any trouble.
