Here is the link for this auction. I use SM Pro to create my listings. I see the $4.50 and understand where that field is but where is the $2.75 standard shipping field? Is it under global listings somewhere?

What is the item number in question? When I checked the source for this tiny URL, it is for posting a new topic in the Sales Manager Pro forum and unfortunately does not link to an auction.
From the sounds of it, you have a different amount set for the eBay specific checkout. It is possible you have this as a default and it may appear each time you list. Check the My Account link, then your eBay Site Specifics to see if you have any default amounts stored for the eBay specific checkout section.
