Have new computer....Must I download AM Pro again so I can get my listings, images, etc. back the way it was?

To ensure a smooth download and installation process, make sure that you select the "save to disk" option. Before you download, please close all open applications (such as virus checkers or firewall software) that may interfere with the download process.

Thanks Sonya....I downloaded again fine, and all images were there. However, only my default template was there, and my inventory listings are not there at all! What to do now? Is my inventory gone forever, and must I set up all new templates?

Hello,
To get custom templates to download, please synch Pro, then quit and restart Pro. You should be able to choose anything you created online at that point.
Regarding inventory, online and offline inventory do not synch. You will have to either rebuild your inventory, or if you still have access to your old computer, copy the information in the 'inv' folder onto a disk and transfer it to your new computer.
