Hello,
I've done all the things recommended by management in other similar threads but nothing is working. When it comes to the pic uploading part it says bad response from server blah blah blah. I've even tried different pics and none will upload. I can go everywhere else so it's not the phone line. Any other practical suggestions?

Edited to add these are all images that have been uploaded thru SMPro before with no problems. Got my anti virus so low as to be useless. Internet options security also low now and still no go. Please help.

Edited for this thought - Not having sold for a few months do I have sign up with an image hosting plan in order for SMPro to upload pics? If so, maybe you should change your 'bad response from server' warning to 'sign up for a hosting plan'. We just presumed image hosting would continue automatically since we've been with you for so long.

Edited for final time - For anybody reading this with this same problem all you have to do is sign up for a hosting plan. Not having any pics on Vendio server over the summer it was not done automatically. After many hours of frustration and wasted time and energy this is what we figured out by ourselves.
ThanK You for your non-help and an initially very confusing new image system.
(We really do like the SMPro very much and you should tell others in plain English that even as a regular user one has to re-sign up for images.)
We are sorry about the delay in response. Whenever you get synch errors, if you click on the Details button it will tell you more about the error. If that does not make sense to you, you can just copy and paste it in email or in a post so we can tell you how to fix the error.
