Every time we create a new listing we always click on the spelling verifier after entering the description. It never returns with any spelling errors even though we can see them on the description.
Any idea why not?

Hello Dennis,

I understand that, even if you enter a misspelled word in the description, the Spelling Checker will not flag it. If so, please uninstall and install SM Pro again.
