I was trying to change a buyer's email address and it keeps telling me I have to fill in all fields or something to that effect, and won't change it. There is only one field to fill in, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Please look into this problem.

I just noticed I'm not in the general area, so I apoligize for being in here to ask this question. What I'm doing is going into PSM and clicking on the "edit" button next to the email address/user name on the upper left corner of the page. Then I scroll down to "change buyer's email address" and paste the email address my buyer asked me to send the info to, and then I click on "change". Then the next screen tells me that I have to fill out or edit all fields.
I'd like to test this with your example if you don't mind. Please email me the item number and the customer's new email address to [email protected] (if you put ATTN: Sonya, that will make sure it goes to me).
