This is getting STUPID and I am starting to get pissed! I have not been able to sychronize or up load any batches through sales manager, I can't upload images through the vendio site. what is going on! it is saying it is a bad server. or a server error so the error is on vendios part. what is the deal?
If you cannot upload from either location, there is most likely an issue with uploading data with your current connection.
Please try this:
1. Go to http://www.dslreports.com/tools
2. Click the "Go" button next to Speed Tests
3. Click the "Test speed using our server at Megapath, CA, USA" link.
4. Scroll down, and click the "Start" button in the Megapath box.
5. Wait for test results.
This test will analyze the speed of your connection both downloading and uploading data. Specifically, you want to see where your upload status is. Chances are, you will see that your upload ability is much lower than it should be. If so, contact your internet providor to see if they can help clear this error.

I am also having difficulty synchronizing my SmPro. It gets to about where it's doing the ebay updating part and locks up. I have high speed internet so I know it isn't my connection speed. I have been trying to synch and upload auctions for several days with no luck.
I gets locked up when it shows file ebay.xml. It doesn't do it instantly. It does it when it is about 50% or more completed.

Please try uninstalling/reinstalling Pro -- let us know if this helps your synch. You could have a corrupted version of Pro, hence the halting on the eBay XML file.

Please help! I also have this problem started on Oct20. It worked on Oct19 and we did not do anything to it. It is really a frustrated thing for unable uploading anything after I have done everything according to the above mentioned ways, checking internet speed--no problem, then I reinstall my SMP software but still no work!! I do have a hosting plan for 500mb and my image size now is only 259mb. Please help!

Hello Vendio,
I have tried everything, check internet speed, delete most of my images on net and in my computer files about vendio and uninstall and Reinstall SMP again, after I did all this, still does not work, it shows: Bad response from server.
Vendio people, please try to help and solve this problem for me. I am using SMP and image hosting plan (biggest one). Please help! Thanks
