I found out this morning that my items were listed twice exactly 2 minutes difference and I didn't list them twice. I now have double charges with my items on ebay because ebay doesn't give credit on mistakes anymore. This wasn't my mistake who can I email and has anybody esle had this problem?
Duplicate listings may result from the following conditions:
If you used Sales Manager Pro or Business Edition, you may have resynchronized a batch again after an error during synchronization. In this case, some auctions may be uploaded before the error is produced. If you resynchronize without removing these from the batch, they will be duplicated. We recommend checking your online account and/or email account before uploading again if you receive a synchronization error.

Diana, I don't think that happen, as I have been a vendio customer for 4 years and I have all the things that could happen , happen to me before. With the growth of auction watch to vendio and many glinches and upgrades and my novice in the area , I have had all this happen especially with ISP growing too. I don't recall uploading more than once last night especially noticed it happened 2 minutes later. I wondered if others had this happen to them recently. Thanks

In checking our sync logs, we see that your account had two sync's within a minute of each other. That would explain the duplicate listings.
We will continue to watch for other reports of this occuring but, as it stands, there are no other reports of this. Most likely, this error was limited to something that occurred during that sync.
