I have been having problems with Smpro with windows popping up with -smpro is unable to execute this operation - To condinue, please save your work, close other running programs or restart smpro, and try command again.
I have deleted smpro a couple of times and downloaded it both times thinking this might solve the problem. It didn't. Now I can't sync with Vendio to download my files.
Instead of deleting, try uninstalling/reinstalling the program. If you continue to have trouble, please let us know if you recently changed anything about your system set up and where you get this error (if it is everywhere or only when doing certain actions in Pro).

when I try to synchronize I get Warning! synchronization failed- Bad response from server. How do I correct this?
