I love SMPro for composing auctions off-line. I also have an eBay store and I need to know how to get my custom store categories into my auction listings. When I compose the auction as an AUCTION, I pick the main category but after it launches it does not have my store category unless I go in and revise each auction manually. I had to do this with several last night. Please explain how to do this from the beginning. Please remember these are not actual store items but for my store, they'll show up and need to be in the proper category. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Online, if you go to My Account > Site Specifics, eBay -- there is an option to import your eBay store categories from eBay. Please complete this process.

Next, go to Pro and synchronize. Then quit and restart the program to ensure that your newly downloaded information is available. When you create listings in Pro, you should get the option to apply an eBay store category to your auction on the eBay Site Information tab.

If you have any trouble with this, please let us know.

Regards,

Sonya
