Please help so I can these auctions posted today.
I have tried everything. Added my images to all of the listings but when I go to sychronize, I get a failure notice for EVERY image. These are the same images I have used successfully in previous auctions via Vendio without any problem. The only thing I have been able to do is delete the images--ALL OF THE IMAGES in order to schronize. Obviously, I do not want to do that!
This is the error message I get from the details:
Start updating Standard images.
Uploading Image 'stripe1.jpg'.
Number of successful listing uploads: 0.
Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please check the sync log, visible after clicking the Details button, to see which image file halted the sync process, then go to www.Vendio.com and check the status of the image.
If its upload failed (which might be due to excessive size, invalid format, or corrupted data), please remove the image from the SMPro Image Bar. If this is not possible, use Windows Explorer to go to the "C:\Program Files\AuctionWatch\images" folder on your hard disk, delete the file manually and restart SMPro.

Hello,
In order to get the synch to be successful you will have to remove the image it halts on, from the Image Bar. You may upload the image(s) that were halting synchronization directly to our website using the Image Hosting page, and then reimport them into SM Pro after they are online. This way, those particular images will not need to go through the synchronization process.
There are several reasons why an image file may halt synchronization, but most commonly it is due to excessive image size, invalid image format, or corrupted image data. You might also want to check the security level on your browser, anti-virus software, and/or firewall software, as these can prevent image downloads as well.
If that does not help, here are some additional steps that may solve the problem:
- Go to your Vendio (or AuctionWatch) folder on your hard drive (default location is My Computer -> C -> Program Files -> Vendio (or AuctionWatch if you have been installing updates into your original AuctionWatch folder.)
- Check both the "Images" and "Thumbs" folders, and if the image file(s) are still in either folder, delete them manually.
- Restart SM Pro after doing this, and try synching again.
If this doesn't do the trick, try deleting the images.map folder from the data folder in the Vendio (or AuctionWatch) directory, and resynch.

I'm having the same problem. I have a couple of hundred images I'm trying to upload. It wouldn't let me upload anything over 350K, and they're all jpgs. I deleted the offending image and the next one offended. Please help.

Thank you for your response Sonya. However, it is NOT the size of the jpg, nor the format type for the images. Most were 34K or less and all were jpg images. It would not matter which image--I deleted the reported offending image only to find the next one...then the next one...then the next & etc. were also reported as offending.
The "fix" is not as outlined by Sonya although I sincerely appreciate the detailed response.
The way I managed to get it fixed was to sign up for image hosting and upload ALL images online at Vendio instead of using Sales Manager Pro to upload the images. This works--after many frustrating attempts to fix SMPro so it would sychronize during before doing an upload.
Missdona-go to Photo Gallery and choose an image hosting program--then upload your images on the web. Doing it in this manner allows SMPro to sychronize so you can upload your listings.
