ok I am trying to reset or add new profiles and all I get is a error message.
I want to change the default settings in my auctions from 10 days to 7 and I am trying to make them go with the template I have created.........can you tell what I am doing wrong?

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. It would help us if you could copy the error message down and let us know what it is.
Also, when you change the settings/preferences, how are they not working? Do they revert back to the old settings? Please give a little bit more detail on that and we'll get you back and running.

1. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
