I am noticing that some payments are not showing up on my post sales manager. I understand that if they don't use the checkout then it won't appear immediately but I always noticed that eventually the payment appeared.
Double check that your PayPal IPN preferences haven't been altered somehow at the PayPal website. We should be able to pick them up, as long as they are still sending the notices properly.

From the theads I am reading, it seems that many of us are not seeing Paypal show up. I had two this morning.
