For some reason, my earlier post seems to have... disappeared. I'd like to know why you have us on SMP, entering shipping/handling data on the first tab and then AGAIN on the second.

Next question. I list a lot of regular ebay auctions and if they don't sell, I make them fixed price ebay store items. I've had to click into each unsold item and change the price inside it, to indicate STORE not fixed price.... Is there an easier way and I'm not aware of it?
Thanks.

Hello,

The first tab asks you for shipping and handling information for Vendio Checkout. The second tab is a button link for shipping and handling information for eBay Checkout. If you are filling out both, you are basically activating both.

The way you are converting closed items into fixed price eBay store items is the correct way to do it. Unfortunately there is no other way. What you can do though, is start saving auction items to inventory -- this way when you have an ended item you want to put in your eBay Store, you can just go to inventory and list it, selecting eBay Store as the venue.

Sonya

Hello,

To save an auction item to your online inventory, first create an inventory item in Sales Manager Pro. As you list your auctions from the inventory item, simply create a separate item to send to your Store. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for Store items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.

Hi Dlstamps,

To save an auction item to your online inventory, first create an inventory item in Sales Manager Pro. As you list your auctions from the inventory item, simply create a separate item to send to your Store. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for Store items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.

If you have the auction already created in a batch, you can open up the inventory window simultaneously and click and drag the auction from the batch to the inventory window. This will copy the auction into your inventory, and then you can follow the steps above (from the second sentence on).

Let me know if you need additional help with this.

Regards,

Sonya
