I have been using the internet Sales Manager when setting up my auctions and have found that toward the bottom (generally under the description section), that if I don't specify what the shipping amount is going to be, there is a line that says "$0.00 USPS" for example. Or, "$0.00 Parcel Post". I can't seem to get rid of this line. I don't want people to think their shipping is zero. I don't want to specify a shipping amount until the auction ends and I know what shipping zone the people live in.

Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do. Thanks

Hello,

Before you launch the auction, uncheck the shipping carriers that do not have valid shipping costs appearing beside them. Any shipping carriers you see with a check beside them will be displayed in the ad, and if left as $0.00, this is what the buyer will see.

Simply uncheck these carriers prior to listing.

Regards,
Christopher
