I have used SMPro 6.0.2 (build1199)successfully for a long time. I'm using the current version, and starting today when filling in the batch form "Item location" will not save my preference for "do not list regionally". Also shipping carrier boxes will not save my setting as well. I have not changed my preferences or site specifics--this just started today. What should I do to save these setting so I don't have to set them manually for each item I list an item. Thanks, metlman

yep, same here,I have uninstalled and re-installed numerous times,and still no hold on the regional setting on three different computors.

Hello,
Please enter the Item Location settings in SM Pro's Default Profile (click Edit > Profile Manager in the SM Pro menu). They will then be copied to every new SM Pro listing.
Metlman: please enter your shipping choices in the online My Account page, and then synch SM Pro.

Hi there,
eBay recently changed something related to zip code and item location options, so there may have been an impact to our system. I'm honestly not sure why this would affect SM Pro. I will have to have an engineer get back to you about this.
