I have had Vendio on four machines for forever, rarely have a problem
DO NOT tell me to go to windows and update a thing, my machines run fine, they don't crash and updates create problems elsewhere. I am running 98SE.
Problem is, when I click on my images, about 75 or 100 of them, some load into the program and then it freezes, then I have to highlight them all again and sit and click the little "image already there" box, just to make sure I don't miss any.
Why is it freezing, this has been happening on three machines for aobut 2 weeks, I figured you guys would have it fixed by now.
I have defragged, virus scanned, spyware removed, cleared cache and all the regular stuff.

Hi there,
It sounds like the problem you're having is related to your system resources. This would not be related to any changes on our side, unless you've recently downloaded a new version.
I would recommend maybe moving your images in smaller batches, as it sounds like this could be a memory issue. Also, as always, make sure you are only running necessary applications when you try this - any application running in the background (like a security program or virus-checker) can use system resources. I would also recommend running a spyware scan to clean your system as spyware can seriously interfere with system performance.

I see you didn't read my last sentence, I said I removed spyware.
it is not a resources problem, i already checked into that, I am not a newcomer to this program.
I have over 90% resources left, I only run your software by itself, I REFUSE to shut off Norton when I am using it, if it comes to that then I will find another program to list through. I feel you are putting your users at risk of virus infection by advising them to shut of Norton and Zone Alarm, I feel your programmers are showing absolute disrespect for your users by not solving interface problems with Norton and ZA, these are neccessary background programs in this day and age and Vendio should catch up.
This is on three different machines, of which none have resource or hardware issues.
Up until two weeks or so ago I could regularily transfer 100-300 images at a time......

Hello,
Did you change anything recently regarding your system set up? We have not had any reports of similar issues with Sales Manager Pro. When it freezes, is it freezing on the same image or a different one? Does it always freeze after a certain number have been uploaded?
If you have any extra information you think might help, please let us know what it is.
