Hello,

For the past two days when trying to create auction the program is shut down with error. The error is Ampro Error MSVBVM60.DLL.
What is this and how do I fix it?

Hello,

For this error, our engineers have recommended the following:

Install Visual Basic 6.0 SP5 Run-Time Files. The link to this kit is:

http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/VBRun60sp5.exe

If the error appears again afterwards, go to the Windows Update site (which can be reached by clicking Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Check any updates which are available for the your machine, including Service Packs and device drivers. You might especially want to update Internet Explorer to the latest version, or install all the service packs available for the version you are using.
