Hello Catsha,
To save an auction item to your online inventory, first create an inventory item in Sales Manager Pro. As you list your auctions from the inventory item, simply create a separate item to send to your Store. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for Store items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.

Hi Sonya, Are you saying that the on line inventory part will only work if you have a Vendio store? Also how many inventory folders is there. I tried renaming them and it would only let me add in 6, I need at least 30. Is there a way to just upload from the inventory manager in SMP? I already have all my items in SMP and would like to just up load it without having to create new batches. Thanks
There is no direct inventory synch or upload -- unfortunately Pro doesn't synchronize with online inventory. The instructions I gave you are our workaround to get items in Pro into your online inventory.
Was it Pro that only let you add six folders? You should be able to add as much as you want there.
