i went to my service plans and it says that I am still signed in for my original plan. Now i have some kind of inventory manager _ I don't want this! please get it off my plan! ALL I ASK WAS TO HAVE CHECK OUT DISABLED AND MY ZOOMSTREAM STOPPED! I AM SO UPSET - WHERE ARE MY IMAGES, WHY CAN'T I SYNC - NEVER WROTE YOU IN ANY EMAIL TO DISCONTINUE MY ACCOUNT -

Dear orleansgallery,

Your image hosting plan was disabled. I have re-enabled this for you (you can manage the state of your image hosting plan under My Account -> My Service Plans -> Image Hosting. ) I set you up on the lowest plan (3 MB) as this will adjust upward automatically according to the storage in your account.

As far as your Sales Manager plan, you are on the Premium Flat plan. There is no way to "disable checkout" by changing your payment plan (unless you wanted to sign up for the Annual plan - this does not include checkout. ) Did you want Sales Manager to be active or did you want to discontinue Sales Manager? If you don't want checkout appearing in your listings, please let us know - this can be done in your preferences.

Also - as far as the Inventory Edition in Sales Manager. To change this back to the standard Merchandising Edition, go to My Account -> My Service Plans, and click the "Change edition" link under the Sales Manager plan. This will allow you to change back to the regular edition of Sales Manager.

yes I do want the sales manager pro. I only wanted to disable the checkout because I use the ebay check out. Mostly because my customers will not respond to vendio check out and its getting very confusing.
