I have tried launching an auction and I go through all the normal steps but it ends up not uploading all the way. Here are the details of the upload:

This has happened now about 6 times all for the same item, and they aren't in ebay, or in my vendio pending file or anywhere. Is there a system outage or something? This has never happened to me before in all my years of listing through vendio.
Please let us know what the complete error message is. When you have synch errors in Pro, it will tell you at the end that the synch has failed and then say a message. The copy and paste you have done here is not complete.
