Hello,
It sounds as though you might have a memory issue. I would recommend closing as many open applications as possible, and rebooting your machine. Also, check your security software package(s) to make sure you don't have a pop-up blocker that might be interfering with the preview window opening.

I have rebooted and pop up is not a problem.
My memory is also fine.
I have had vendio for 3 years, first time for this problem.
I took a chance and uploaded some auctions. The templetes show up just fine on the auctions, they are just not previewable in the preview window, but yet the pregenerated temples from vendio are fine. I think theres some corruption in the ones I made on your site.
But I did clear cookies yesterday, I wonder if that had anything to do with it.
I would doubt it, but just a thought.

Hi Mary,
Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
The latest VB dll is installed by default by Windows XP, so you do not need to install it again.
If the preview is still not working properly, please uninstall and install SM Pro again.
Please let us know if you are still having problems with the preview.
I have deleted your other post on this issue.
Regards,
Sonya

Well, I have done everything now, and the templets that I created in vendeo still have that error.
Only the standard templets that you have pre created are the only ones that will show up in the preview window, and or the templet selection.
All the other get an error message, but will eventually load after I select the " do you wish to continue running script selection".
Just a pain in the ass to go through this when I'm trying to do my work.
it does seem that the auctions are showing up ok.
Even the new templets that I have created today have the same error.
I think you have a problem in the templete creation scripts.
I always say" that if you have a problem that you can't fix, it's most likely not your problem...

Hello,
I will likely need to escalate this to engineering. I know you've posted in a couple forums already so can you also confirm with me where this is happening -- Sales Manager Online or Sales Manager Pro? I see you posted the error in your Sales Manager post so please confirm what you're using so we can proceed.
Regards,
Sonya

hello again. well still happening..
I still get that error message, and such.
I even started from scratch and created a new auction listing, added a newly created templet, and still the same results.
I did this justyincase one of my batches was corrupt or something like that.
Everything was reinstalled, rebooted, current windows updates etc etc.
I am not novice on the pc and have jumped through every hoop to try to fix this.
I will continue to use this post, so you can get rid of any other posts on this matter.
Like I said before, all the other pregenerated templetes that you offered work, without that error message, and all templets are showing up on my auctions.
