What now? I just tried to upload my images and for the first time ever got this message, please advise!
"Synchronization failed - Unable to resolve server name
There is a problem with starting the sync process.
Please make sure that the values entered for Proxy Host and Port under the SMPro menu entry Edit > Preferences are correct.
If proxy settings are correct, please check the Announcements page on the Vendio site."
I have no idea what this means, or what to do about it.

Well, it is still not working, I have read & re-read your lengthy fix-message on failed synchronization in your help area, and there is nothing I am doing that is wrong as far as I know, no settings have been changed on my computer, my account is current, image files all good, but still no sync, and still no answers or help from anyone at Vendio.

OK, so finally, the sync is working again & I was able to upload my images. Guess it was a glitch somewhere but is solved now.
