Hi, I would like for my potential customers to see the shipping costs via the calculator when viewing my auctions. I always have to go into e-bay and add their calculator after I upload my auctions from sales manager pro. Am I doing something wrong?
Thanks, I hope I am doing something wrong and it can be corrected, because it is a pain.
There are three things that need to happen in order for the calculator to show. You will need to offer a USPS calculated option in your items, check off the option to display shipping and handling in your auctions, and check off the option to show the shipping calculator for USPS items.
If you want a general calculator you will need to look for one online and insert it in your item descriptions.

Sonya - I don't get it either. Can you be more specific as to what exactly we need to do to have the calculator show up? I'm assuming I'll need to check the boxes on the first page and fill in the weight?
To get it to work you'll need to do the following in terms of setup (all done in Global Preferences):
- make sure you have a calculated shipping option set as one of your defaults
- at the bottom of the page in the Item Listing Options section, please have both these options checked off:
"Display Shipping and Handling options and Custom Shipping Note in listing."
"Include a Shipping Calculator in listing whenever calculated shipping options are displayed."
- offer a calculated shipping option in the listing you are creating.
I checked your account and the only one of these you have set so far is "Include a Shipping Calculator in listing whenever calculated shipping options are displayed." If you do the other requirements, and you create a listing with a calculated option enabled, the calculator should show.
If you want, you can enable all these and create a test listing and then we can take a look at it.
