I updated to 6.1 and it worked fine yesterday but now I keep getting error; bad response from server. It also asks me for my user name and pass-word sometimes.
Any ideas?

I have been using the 6.1 for about two weeks and worked great until today when getting same response as prior lister. Ideas?

I also have Sales Manager Pro 6.1 and am having the same problems today as the 2 previous entries.

I wasn't able to even get into SMPro 6.1 until this morning but then the same thing happen.
Maybe it will correct itself soon. I sure hope so - I have not been able to use mine for over a week.

I'm using 6.0, and I'm getting the same result - anybody from Vendio have any ideas?

I am getting ( Invalid UserID/ Password). I re-entered the correct name and password and still getting "Bad response from server"
I can log on ok into the Vendio online account with same name and password.

Thanks for the quick response. It is going strong now. Sorry about the case of hick-ups. Did you do the sugar in water cure or what?

Hello Dugandog,

Please restart the program, start a synchronization and click the Details button in the "Synchronizing with Vendio" window. If you still get an error, please copy here the last lines from the Details window.
