I just loaded the new 6.1. I use excel to create my listings and import from my desktop. With the new version I am unable to get the shipping carrier 1 to work. I have tried typing USPS FIRST CLASS and other combinations adding fixed and a dash between first class to no avail. All the other excel/vendio matches work. I use USPS first class,what do I need to type into my excel worksheet to get things working.
If you check your Global Preferences you can see the carriers are listed. Try mirroring your selections after that. If you continue to run into errors with this, please let us know.
My global preferences have not been changed(take a look). I have used them for years successfully. USPS FIRST CLASS always worked and still does if I attempt to upload from AMP stored items that I have batched. When I type in the same USPS First Class in my excel now it is not accepted and shows as an error after I attempt to import to AMP. If I deselect that one column for shipping carrier1 my import is successful. I need this fixed (application software patched)or need advised on WHAT EXACT WORDS I can type in for USPS FIRST CLASS FIXED that will be accepted through the import application.
I tried both the USPS First-Class and the USPS First-Class Mail®
Neither works. I have the exact same problem on both my computers with the 6.1 loaded. My loaded batches have the word fixed with First Class in them and they upload as batches fine. Please advise. Chuck
I'm not sure if you tried this, but try doing it as it appears in Pro: USPS First Class (fixed) or USPS First Class (calculated). Try it with the exact same case that is showing up in Pro preferences. In an earlier post you mention that you already tried it, but I didn't see any parentheses and it was all in caps so this could have been a factor. If those selections don't work let me know.
