Have had problems all day in trying to upload auctions to Ebay using Am Pro. After several auctions have uploaded I get the message that the Synch has failed and to check with Vendio to check status of uploaded auction. This is quite a pain and is slowing me down. I did discover that my computer clock needed to have the correct date entered. I did correct that and am still having a problem uploading auctions. Please advise

I am having the same problem. Started to post seven auctions tonight, and the program stalled after listing three of them. It cited a synch problem and said "Go to Vendio.com." Anyway, long story short -- two of the auctions that the program couldn't synch actually GOT POSTED TWICE! Arghh.

Please try to synch again (before you do, check your eBay accounts to make sure items in the batches you are trying to synch aren't already live or you might list them twice). If you continue to get the same error, please check Details and let us know what the log says. We will then work with you to resolve your synch errors.

Hi Sonya,
Thanks for getting back to me. The troublesome no-synch auctions synched just fine tonight and posted without a glitch. So ... who knows what was wrong? One other thing I did want to ask, though: two of the auctions that synched and posted last night now have N/A listed in the "Hits" column. What does that mean? Marshall
That is a side effect of delayed launches with Pro. Unfortunately, you'll have to view the hits for the item either by looking at the auction itself, or checking the counters page (which is accessible through Image Hosting).

This happened to me too. Got one auction double-listed. Finally I closed the batch and am pro, re-opened and everything synched fine.

during the synchronizing problems with uploading my auctions to Ebay using AMPRO, at least one of the auctions got listed twice. I have ended that auction. I would like to get reimbursed from Vendio for that listing both for the Ebay charge and the Vendio charge. It wasn't my fault, but, seemed to be with the Vendio synch.
Make sure you cancel it right away -- then go ahead and request the eBay refund from eBay.
You may request a refund from Vendio for each line item by taking the following steps:
1. Go to My Account -> Online Statement. Locate the line item for the charge, and highlight and copy the Ref ID number.
2. Open a separate browser window. Paste the below URL into the browser's address bar. Note that this URL can be found on our site by clicking the "Got questions about this statement?" link on your statement, and scrolling to the "Does Vendio provide refunds?" section.
Paste the Ref ID from your statement into the form, and proceed to submit your refund request. We will be handling refunds on a case-by-case basis, so please be as clear and concise in detailing the problem as possible.
