When i start smpro6.1 first time after finishing installation, it keep telling me that " there is an error openingthe file data\info.map, do you wish to continue?"
if i choose yes, then "Runtime error #5.."
if no, then "fatal error..."
I have tried to uninstall then reinstall but it still does not work, what's wrong with it?
I also have trouble using ebay turbo lister, is there any connection between these two?

Hi there,
To resolve this error, please open the "data" folder of your SM Pro installation and delete all files, except for:
- folders.dat
- inv.dat
Also, please make sure that you are using English (US) regional options. You
can check that by entering Control Panel and clicking on Date, Time,
Language, and Regional Options. Then, pick the Regional and Language Options
icon.
Once you have deleted the files and checked regional options, start SM Pro
and go through the Startup Wizard, then synch. If you are still having
trouble after doing this, please let us know.

Hi there,
Sorry about the continued problem. Here are some other things to try:
1. Go to the SM Pro directory and delete the info.map file. Reopen Pro and try synching. If this doesn't help:
2. Because Turbo Lister isn't working either, the problem could be related to your operating system admin rights setup. Please be sure that if you installed the program as a certain user, you are also trying to access it while logged in as that user. If that's not the case:
3. Try looking at the Event Viewer for COM errors (note you need to be logged in as an admin to do this. ) Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Performance And Maintenance ->
Administrative Tools -> Event Viewer. If you find any errors, please post them here.
4. Locate the ampro.log file in your SM Pro directory (this may be under AuctionWatch or Vendio.) Paste the last relevant results here (the results are sorted by date, which is the first column.)
