first time to use sales manager pro, input my vendio account and pw, import my database,reference , restart sales manager pro, then "runtime error 5"
What is your OS -- are you using the Chinese version of Windows XP? There are some known issues with international versions of XP and Sales Manager Pro.

My OS is simplified Chinese Windows XP Professional,you mean there is a international version of sales manager pro?
I didn't find it on vendio.com, could you please give me a direct URL to download it?
Unfortunately there is only one version of Sales Manager Pro. We have known of some issues with Pro and Chinese Windows -- I'm not sure if there is anything that I can do so I am going to check with one of our Pro experts for a possible solution.
I have heard back from our engineering team -- unfortunately the only solution you can do is to switch to a US/English version of Windows. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
