Okay I read the transition pamphlet about the "new shipping options"
It is not clear how you go about adding international shipping options to your listing - there is no USPS Airmail or Surface on the drop down list of shippping options?
The new shipping options and checkout tools were just released for the online tools at this time. As with releases in the past our offline Sales Manager Pro software will be updated a bit later when the next version is available to support these changes.

So, if you list from SMPro AND you have international shipping in your Global Preferences, will international rates be shown for the item, even tho it is not in the SMPro version?
Does this make sense?
In other words, can international customers buy an item that is launched from SMPro?

Answered my own question. International shipping options are NOT available when you create listing with SMPro and your international customers cannot purchase. THaT IS JUST GREAT.

Hello Beth,
While here on the website, click the All Active link along the left hand side of the Sales Manager page. From here, select the items you have running currently and click the Set WBN button.
On this page you can edit the WBN to include your international shipping options, then save the change.
You could also edit the WBN when the items close to add this option.

Thanks for the info, but do you realize how much time that would take to select each auction and then click edit wbn select international shipping etc etc.
I dont have time to do this, nor do I have the time to edit each auction AFTER the auction ends - if I had the time I would just use Ebay Turbo Lister, and not pay for an "auction manager"
There needs to be a update to SMPRO SOON to allow Global Preferences to have drop down rate for USPS Airmail Letter Post, Parcel Post and Ecomony Surface.
Sorry to sound blunt, but I have asked for this years ago and I am STILL WAITING!
International buyers CAN buy items listed from SM Pro. The only difference is that buyers are shown all carriers during checkout, as there is no dedicated international shipping section in SM Pro yet. You will probably enter international shipping charges in one of the custom carriers in SM Pro, though an international buyer might still choose a US carrier in error during checkout.
