I am trying to relist items from my control pannel-closed list, items that did not sell...I have attempted to schedule them for a later time, i have tried to launch them right away...I have tried everything and keep getting the following message ~~Error 240: Item cannot be listed or modified.
Item cannot be listed or modified, either because the title and/or description contains improper words, or some other reasons stated in the Message node of the response, if any.
~~ My listings do not have improper words??? It doesn't matter even which auctions I choose...thay all error out even after I launch and it tells me the launch was successful. In the last hour I have managed to get 1 and only 1 auction to actually move to ebay. I have several more set on the timer to launch within the hour which I fully expect they too will error out...THIS IS RIDICULOUS, I give UP!!!! Another days lost wages...I'm going home..please respond
I'm sorry for the troubles. That problem can happen for a multitude of reasons. The messaging we display is taken directly from Ebay. If you could like me know what auctions you are trying to launch, I should be able to test this and diagnose this issue. Also, are you sure all of your Ebay information is up to date? Please try going directly to Ebay and test a launch a listing. If you aren't able to launch a listing, there is some missing or out of date information in your Vendio account.
Please let me know the names of some items I an test launch in your account.
