I need to remove all paypal logos and email addresses from any new auctions I am trying to create. I went to seller preferences and unchecked everything that had to do with paypal. Except for one. It will NOT uncheck. See below:
Include only the PayPal logo in my listing
Include the PayPal Checkout button and logo in my listing
Can you please tell me how to "uncheck these" so I can start listing items?

As long as you uncheck the main box, it won't show up. Those two options can't be undone but as long as you uncheck the main box above it (the one next to ID) you will be okay.

Thank you, but I STILL cannot list any items. I keep getting this message. Can you please check my preferences and see what I am missing? I have unchecked and removed everything I can find that has to do with paypal and I keep getting this message when trying to list.

I love Vendio and have been with it for a long time, but I HAVE GOT to get back to selling. It's been almost a month since I have been able to get anything listed. I will have to start a new account with a new auction manager if I cannot get this resolved. Thank you.
The error is due to having PayPal selected in the auction itself. Unchecking the global preference only affects new items you list -- the old ones that had it checked will still have it checked so you'll need to edit the items with that error and uncheck PayPal.

Thank you Sonya, but this still does not explain why I cannot list a new item that has never been listed before. I unchecked paypal in my preferences and tried to list a new item. The error message still shows. What now? Thank you for the superfast reply!
