I have a problem where some customers of mine completed checkout, paid for their product, and then added more onto their order, leaving them with a balance due. I gave them the updated invoice link, and all was well until they click the "pay now" button at the top of the invoice. It says at the bottom of the screen "error on page". And it just sits there and they can't move on to paypal. I have my paypal account set so that it will only takes payments received through vendio checkout, so now I am stuck. Right now I am having to send out individual paypal money requests to get around this. This has happened to me on these auctions:
ebay auction number: 7332201951
and vendio ORDER 785732607 and
ORDER 785732447

Please advice what the problem is here!

Yes, it is the exact same thing. It doesn't seem to matter if they are adding onto the order or not. It is happening with a whole bunch of my auctions, all ones where the customer does checkout but does not go onto pay via paypal with the link at the bottom immediately. When they try to pay later via the paypal link on the invoice, it won't let them pay. So if they pay directly after filling out the form, and moving through the system, then all is fine, but if they close out of it and try to pay later it won't let them. This is happening on my account and my husband's as well. Please help vendio!! This is costing us time and money!!

Hello,

I actually just sent both you and your husband emails on this -- please check your email and let me know if what I suggested helps, as at the time I didn't realize you got the same error as 'vintageads4u'. Let me know, as I may need to open a bug report on this since there is now more than one report.

Regards,

Sonya
