Just downloaded the new version of SMP and when I try to open it I get an error:
"The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run is incomplete. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify it is the correct size and try again"
Thanks for your post. Please retry downloading the sales manager pro. In order to download Sales Manager Pro, please refer to the link below:

To ensure a smooth download and installation process, make sure that you select the "save to disk" option. Before you download, please close all open applications (such as virus checkers or firewall software) that may interfere with the download process.
If you have trouble downloading a good copy of the Auction Manager Pro software, try the following steps.
1. Disable any programs you have running other than your browser when you download.
2. Try saving the program to a location other than your current default. Example : If you have been sending it to a Download folder, try your Desktop, or My Documents folder instead.
3. Close out of your browser before you double-click the icon to run the installer.
These steps should assist you in getting a good copy of the software onto your machine to install. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Where did you save the program to oringally, that after switching the location of your download you came across the exact same error?
(also, where did you save the file to the second time around?)
If this persists you may simply have a program your unable to access that is corrupting your downloaded files. We may be able to zip the .exe file somewhere for you to download where you could then use winzip to extract it and then install - but please let us know the answers to the above first.
A couple of questions before I try to fix this. I have noticed my Sales Manager Pro version already is 6.1 (build 1319), is this the same version I am trying to download? For some reason the intro page made me think this was a new version.
On the other hand, if this is not the new version, when is the new version coming out? the one with the international shipping support.
The 6.1 is the current version already, no need to redownload for the time being, although we may still need to address this issue in general when it is time to upgrade on this machine.
The next version of the Pro software is slated for mid September and we will post announcements both online and in the Pro software (when you synch.)

Hi, I have problems to use this Sales manager Pro New. 1) after I downlowan it, it asked if I want to synchronizing, I click "yes". I notice it showed: Downloading image locally, Error on saving image locally. 2. it takes quite a long time to finish download all images even it shows error on saving image locally. When finish, it asked me to close the this SMP and restart to update info. After I close and try to re-open it by clicking desktop, it said: There was an error opening the "C:\program File\vendio\daa\info.map\file. Do you want to continue? (The file will be deleted and a new one will be created instead. When I click "Yes", it shows::"Run-time error "5". Invalid procedure call or argument., But if I click "No", then it shows: dwPrivWindow: AMPro.exe-Fatal Application Exit Fatal error. I totally lost as I used SMP for more than 2 years and because my computer crashed for C drive so I re-edited it. I am using windows XP, I have removed all old folders of Vendio both in my C and D hard drive and make sure the area of saving Vendio file is acting like a blank new envirement. But still I can do nothing for it. Please help. Alice
