Just had a customer complain about the wrong shipping charges being added to her checkout. She emailed for a refund of the difference.
She purchased 2 items and chose Priority shipping. The rate calc. showed her $11.80 for item # 6792700180 and $12.55 for item number 6792700201 which I offer a 50% discount on each additional item (lowest price one)so the total should have been $18.45...she was charged $22.45, which is exactly $4.00 off, she picked priority mail on both so what is the glitch??
Here is her checkout info ~~

Calculated shipping options do not use your combined order discounts, they use the calculated shipping preferences only.
Currently yours are setup to charge a single markup of $1.90 for the complete order, and calculate the cost of shipping individually, as though each item would ship in its own box (vs getting a rate as though they would be packed together.)
You can adjust your calculated shipping preferences via the My Account page, under the Global Preferences link found within.
