I have Sales Manager pro 6.1, have been using it for months and now I can't open it. When it gets to the part when the batch 1 is supposed to appear, I get this message instead: "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down." When I check for details it says:"AMPRO caused an exception 10H in module MSVBVM60.DLL at 0177; 66024d53". HELP!
If the error appears again afterwards, go to the Windows Update site (which can be reached by clicking Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Check any updates which are available for the your machine, including Service Packs and device drivers. You might especially want to update Internet Explorer to the latest version, or install all the service packs available for the version you are using.
