Everytime I check "I Use Fixed Shipping" when creating a listing I get a message that says "Please select a valid insurance cost to use with Fixed Shipping".
I have optional as my selection for insurance. It lists the USPS correctly as the carrier and Insurance reads Optional under Fixed shipping, but I still get the above message.
I don't have this problem with Calculated Shipping when creating a listing and that reads optional also.
Please advise as to what I need to do to correct this.

Hi Gerri,
Do you have one of these in your account right now? The error you're getting usually means that you are choosing fixed shipping but selecting insurance as calculated, which you can't do.
