It is October 8 2005 I have not seen or heard a peep about the arrival of the new sales manager pro program.
It has been four months since the disaster times of June. At that time we were told that a "new" version was to be out to correct all of the things that the current one is not doing.
I would like an update on the progress and if and when it will be available.

I hope this is still true as I am quite tired of listing this stuff on the on-line module. It is sad that we need to ask about this as it has been out there for months and we have been left to sway in the wind on this problem.
I have been a loyal customer for a while now and frankly I am a bit tired of waiting for this listing tool to be working like it use to and should be.

I tried the online module and found it unworkable, for me at least.
What I do now is list using the half-crippled SMPro, go to pending, cancel the scheduled listing, and edit it.
I don't list more than maybe a dozen ot two items per day (at most), so it is quasi-workable for me. I await the upgraded SMPro as keenly as you do.

Cash in your pockets, I tried that but it became a nightmare because of the number of bids.
I gave up complaining because the management of Vendio really do not give a damn about our problems.
They dump it on these folks that take care of this board and their done with it.
As an organization they care less about their customers needs.
Lets hope that some other company comes along that can be used to replace them as they have taken months upon months to get this going and not a peep as to WHEN (note a real date here) it will be offered for use

Hello. Have you considered SMIE as a temporary assist until SmPro catches up?
My first trip through Vendio I was very devoted to SM + SmPro. I did exactly as cashinyourcloset does--schedule, upload, unschedule, edit and reschedule (not only because of SmPro but because I was doing alot of custom stuff back then and I always found mistakes I had caused that needed editing too). Done item by item it was a huge chore. This time I was concerned about how I would use SmPro since it was not recommended at all for SMIE. But the more I understand SMIE the less necessary SmPro seems to accomplish the same or more, and much faster and easier.
I hear SmPro now uploads into SMIE without the extra import step. It might not fix the problems, but at least you could do all the unscheduling and rescheduling all at once with one click of a button instead of trudging through item by item, and the access to individual edits for each auction is also faster and easier. None of that changes anything in your complaints, but it might make your workarounds easier and faster. Just a thought.

Any word yet? It is almost the end of the month and I am waiting for the new SMPro to start converting listings back to Vendio.
I really have to use an offline lister and I'm scared to even try this one with a new version right around the corner....or is it?

Hello,
It's finished, we are just completing the QA process. We will post an announcement as soon as this process is finished.
There will be a few last minute additions releasing with the new version of the Pro software as well (best offer/second chance.)
Watch the announcements page as this is where we will post to when we have an exact ETA.

SO MANY TIME TO FINISH THE FINISHED VERSION, LAST POST SAYING THAT WAS FINISHED WAS ON OCTOBER 29 WE ARE IN NOVEMBER 11 AND THE FINISHED VERSION IS DIFICULT TO GO OUT.

YES! I AGREE, WE PAY VERY HIGH TO AN APLICATION THAT NOT WORKING WELL. WHY THIS LONG LONG LONG LONG LONG DELAY? GUIVE US SOME ANSWERS AND A VALID DATE, WE EXPECT MORE CONSIDERATION FROM YOU VENDIO!!

Hello,
It is coming out this week.
When we delay a release, it is due to the product needing more testing, and/or bugs being found within the program. We would rather test the product in full rather than pushing out a release and having everyone run into listing issues, resulting in hours of extra work and frustration.

OK now is the time ask, i just listed 200 items using sales manager pro. Will the new version accept the listings created with sales manager pro or will we have to re due all of them over?

The new version of the Sales Manager Pro software will still be able to use your saved batch data from previous versions once you make the upgrade.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I don't see UPS Ground calculated. I've only been waiting for 1 1/2 years, so I guess I should be more patient 
Please tell me that I missed it, or that an upgrade is available now.
UPS Ground calc'ed IS available online, so you must have the code stuck in some corner or other.

i HAVE USED THE NEW PROGRAM IN AT THIS TIME IT SEEMS TO WORK PRETTY GOOD. YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE A LITTLE TIME TO GET THE NEW ITEMS IN YOUR ROUTINE BUT AFTER THAT IT WILL WORK FINE.
the ONLY THING I DID NOT FIND WAS AN AREA TO OFFER THE MAKE AN OFFER.. DID I MISS THAT ITEM?
