The last couple of times that I have changed my store categories on eBay, they have not matched up with my Sales Manager Pro program. First I update my categories in my eBay store. Then I sign into Vendio and go to My Account and then to Ebay under Site Specifics. Then under Ebay Store I click the CLICK HERE to Update Link. Then I scroll to the bottom to SAVE. After that I go to my Sales Manager Pro program and synch that. I'm thinking that should do the trick but then none of my category numbers match what ebay says the categories are. This makes it hard to know if they are being listed in the right place. What else should I do???

Are the categories themselves the same and the order different? Or are the categories just not changing? Please let us know which one it is and we will go from there.

Sorry for the delay. The catagores in SMPro are not corresponding to the order that eBay has when I go in to edit them in the store. The whole reason this is a problem is because one cannot read the catagory completely in SMPro (probably just the first 1/3rd), so I copied the list from eBay to use as a referance when I list. Because of this problem I just try and guess at the category in SMPro and it usually turns out correctly. I just would like to know why the numbers will not sync with what I have for my Ebay store.
